HITCON gets receives the 2003 IBM Start Now Complementary
Certification. This certification provides HITCON with access to the
Start Now Solutions Advantage and authorizes HITCON to resell ALL of the
IBM Start Now Solutions. HITCON becomes IBM Business Partner
HITCON joins the IBM PartnerWorld for Software program.

HITCON gets subcontracted again by Nestlé as DBA on a UDB EEE
platform and Informatica specialist. This time working at their European
Datacenter, responsible for Preprod and Prod ETL environments.

HITCON installs and configures Oracle9i on Linux S/390 for yet another Telia Connect
client. This includes migration of an Oracle8i database from a Sun
platform. Perl and Java
applications are enabled, etc.

LogicPay is announced as an IBM ISV (Independent Software Vendor)
offering for Mainframe servers and available on Linux S/390. See the
announcement here.
The LogicPay
application is hosted on the Telia servers. The formal and final
agreements are being put in place. Check out s390.logicpay.com.
The development work carried out for Videlity Software (being filed for
patent in November 2000) is exposed. The main inventors was Ole Holmskov

A pilot project of porting an open-source frontend shop based on Intel
Linux, Perl and PostgreSQL to Linux for S/390, Perl and DB2 for Linux on
the S/390.

HITCON has ported cashcow (creditcard clearing connector to PBS) to
Linux on the S/390 platform. This enables clearing of the Eurocard,
Mastercard, VISA, Diners, JCB and AMEX. Client and server modules is
available for both Intel and S/390. A frontend support application is
available for demonstration on request (also available for Intel and
S/390). A WAP frontend has also been developed. Please check www.logicpay.com

HITCON has been involved in several projects involving the construction of a Linux S/390 software development
platforms - including lots of reuse packages, source controls, automatic
cross-compilation, etc.
